Cannot run apt-get update command

I just successfully installed Armbian buster, when I run apt-get update the message appears:

even though the connection is good, ping to google smoothly.

Can anyone help?

Its (his) general networking problem (update to Debian servers are broken) or he was using previous Orangepi 3 / One+ image that have broken network .. since he didn't even tell which board (I suspect some not supported random TV box due to aml as a hostname) is using its impossible to give any hints. Not to mention that he already tried to contact me in person before ...
