Remove unsupported boards from bug tracker forums

At the moment some unsupported (EOS/CSC...) boards are mentioned in the bug tracker forums descriptions. I suggest to remove them and either

• move topics related to p2p or
• create a new forum that collects all unsupported topics

How that would be clearly distinguished from Common issues / peer to peer technical support / General chit chat ?

p2p kind a degenerates to garbage collector 2.0 and it would be nice to decide that more to userspace (maybe via renaming or adjust description) and leave bug tracker forums to issues with armbian.
