How to compile dtb only?

I can run device with compatible dtb(but has bug),so I write for myself.

But the dtb that I compile can't start.

So I want to compile dtb quick and debug.
I only know `compile.sh` to build complete img but to slow, How to only compile dtb?(like `make ARCH=arm64 dtbs`)

We also provide DTB editor in armbian-config.
