Neo Core pin 5V tolerant?

I like to connect an Atmega328 micro to the UART of the Neo Core. The micro runs on 5v. Are the neo core pins 5v tolerant?

I can't find any information on the Website only this one: "All pins are 3.3V, output current is 5mA"
