Sorry for the late response, I am able to post here only once per 24h

UPDI've found thermal devices and their current state is 0, how can I configure it?

ls /sys/class/thermal/
cooling_device0 cooling_device1 thermal_zone0

This revision we have in our smoke test rig. Check once again and proceed with steps written on Khadas VIM1 download pages (i reflash my VIM1 to eMMC yesterday). Also try alternative method by downloading Krescue (for VIM1) and removing eMMC content similar as described here.

I've installed Armbian from SD card to eMMC. Seems to be my Fan not working(Fan hardware issue) or thermal configuration sets is too high-temperature level(85C as ning says)
