UART3 TX is not working

Hello. Somehow TX on UART 3 is not working. I connected USB-UART converter or the Banana Pi Zero M2 UART 3 Pins (as it shown here https://bananapi.gitbook.io/bpi-m2/en/bpi-m2_gpio_pin_define), set Baud rate, but I can't send anything from the SBC to PC. But I can send messages from PC to Banana pi. The converter is working properly(tested on Arduino). Do you have any ideas why? Physically nothing looks damaged, wires are soldered accurately and correctly....
