bahtiyar57 Posted April 20 Posted April 20 (edited) Did anyone tested to build Armbian in Distro Box? Edited April 20 by bahtiyar57 0 Quote
bahtiyar57 Posted April 26 Author Posted April 26 (edited) OK. I will test it myself. Is building Armbian from trunk only possible from Ubuntu 22.04 or from newer releases, too? Edited April 26 by bahtiyar57 0 Quote

bahtiyar57 Posted April 26 Author Posted April 26 Zitat The officially supported compilation environment is Ubuntu Jammy 22.04.x amd64 only! Ubuntu Focal can be used for building Bionic, Focal and Buster images as well, unsupported though Noble Numbat is unsupported? 0 Quote
Solution Werner Posted April 27 Solution Posted April 27 Not support yet We also need some time to prepare and roll-over stuff to a new environment. Also check https://github.com/armbian/build/issues/6527 1 Quote
Myron Posted October 12 Posted October 12 Hello @Werner, so is the recommendation not to do a do-release-upgrade just yet? 0 Quote

Ubuntu only started supporting jammy to noble upgrades with the .1 release that come out not that long ago. So the upgrade to noble has only been available for a short time. But in general, Armbian doesn't test distribution upgrades. So Armbian will never recommend you do such an upgrade as it isn't supported. However, if you know what you are doing you should be able to upgrade from jammy to noble. I've done a couple of my own boxes and they have generally gone smoothly. 1 Quote
