According to it's datasheet http://linux-sunxi.org/images/4/4b/Allwinner_H3_Datasheet_V1.2.pdf page " Support FIFOs for receive and transmit buffers (up to 128 characters) with threshold " But in practice, the size of FIFO is only 16 bytes. martinayotte Posted August 11, 2017 Share Posted August 11, 2017 The H3 SPI has 64 bytes FIFO, so where did you find that it is 16 bytes ? Why do you think that your issue is coming from FIFO size since smart card reader usually has short messages ? ( https://github.com/allwinner-zh/linux-3.4-sunxi/tree/master/drivers/char/sunxi-scr ) I have an Orange pi pc plus v1.1 but I don't know about SCR pinout.
