Igor Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 In theory it should work at least with kernel 3.4.107 ... https://wiki.debian.org/Huawei/E220 Where did you try and where it stops?

Igor Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 You should find three /dev/ttyUSB* devices directly after you plug E220 into a USB port. Do you have them? And how is working under Bananian? Kernel source is very similar, configuration looks o.k. ... BTW. Try with kernel 3.4.107 ... 4.x has issues.
dasgeraet Posted June 14, 2015 Author Posted June 14, 2015 Yes it is an E220 and he works under bananian 1501 but not under yours image and not under bananian 1504, ls /dev/tty/USB* No such file or directory i have make an test with bananian 1501 upgrade to 1504 install to sata and e220 umts. umts work wlan/hostap works but not stable under yours image the i think the hostap is stable and works good but not the umts stick. I have also two cubietrucks with yours jessie image and the work fine and i won´t all devices under your image i think you make the better work best wishes from germany

Igor Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 I already add few other things which might be useful in this area. I think this kernel should help in that case too.
