Since we don't have logs I can only suspect that this is some very old image (5.14 or older) with this util running upgraded to mainline. This script can be safely removed since it doesn't do anything.

Remove the script and once consider to start via clean image and move to Debian Stretch. Jessie is not maintained any more.

I have to delete the file /usr/local/bin/sun8i-corekeeper.sh and remove line from /etc/rc.local ?
