  1. As far as I'm aware, nowhere does it state in any instructions that you can use twrp.
  2. You can't install via twrp, only via update - those are different processes.
  3. What are you trying to download from different places? Be specific. The screen you are showing isn't something that you should ever be in. This isn't part of the install instructions. Please give the steps you are performing, that lead you to this screen?
  4. @LawrenceBoothby Instead of posting links to instructions that are no longer valid (since those downloads no longer exist). It would be more useful for the community if you tried current builds and updated your site accordingly. https://forum.armbian.com/topic/17106-installation-instructions-for-tv-boxes-with-amlogic-cpus
  5. sudo prompts for the users password (not roots password) - that is the whole point of sudo, allowing a user with sudo privilege to issue commands as root, but first requiring they re-authenticate themselves.
  6. Armbian now has a community supported build target for amlogic TV Boxes (aml-s9xx-box). You can now build your own builds directly with the Armbian build system. This is now an opportunity for members of the community to move the support for amlogic TV boxes forward within the Armbian framework. If you are not familiar with the Armbian build system check out the Armbian developer documentation. If you have idea on how you would like to see things evolve/change please use this forum to share your thoughts and ideas and submit PRs for any code changes you would like to see. I am currently testing this code against the four different amlogic based boxes I own, but would appreciate others testing as well. Once I have completed my testing, I will be updating the FAQ amlogic install instructions with this information.
