Anyway im so happy with my 25€ expense.

That 25€ is the problem.

That amount of money doesn't cover any software costs.  One reason those boxes are so cheap is there is no software support.  It ships with some android version and will never get a security or bugfix update.

Supported boards probably cost twice as much, but there you get some limited software support.  But that added cost to the board manufactuer needs to get paid for in some way (thus the higher cost of a proper SBC).

The real problem is that neither cheap boxes that provide zero support nor proper SBC boards that provide limited support truly reflect the huge cost of supporting software and security updates and bug fixes for those boards long term.  That is a gap that Armbian fills, but no one really is willing to pay for that huge cost of support.  Everyone expects that developers should donate all their time for free to open source projects like Armbian (or any of the upstream components) so that end users can have a perfect supported set of software for free on a 25€ box.

@MMorales

I think your board may still be of the 8GB RAM/64 GB emmc config. Why don't you try installing the armbian image for station m2 from here:  https://www.armbian.com/station-m2/

After flashing the image, change the fdtfile=rockchip/rk3566-firefly-roc-pc.dtb line in the boot/armbianEnv.txt file to fdtfile=rockchip/rk3566-box-demo.dtb

And also remove or comment out the line overlay_prefix=rk35xx

I would like you to be more empirical in your claims,

you need to base your theories on something,

basically you are suggesting that my previous post is not empirical enough.

I'll be more repetitive so that you hit the same key again.
I want to make it clear that TV-Box is not to be considered reliable.

You have been scammed, and this is part of the TV Box scheme.
look around

@Hqnicolas Take a chill pill dude. I am not trying to prove/disprove anything.

I am simply suggesting that the board may indeed be of 8/64 config. Sometimes, due to screwed up u-boot, not all the RAM is reported correctly. And here, I can see that adding up the memory (3.8) and zram (1.9), it comes to around 6GB. Hence, I suspect the memory is still there, it's just not reported correctly because of the zram/swap thing. Removing the swap/zram completely may indeed show it to be 8GB.

On your note of TV boxes being unreliable, I never refuted your claim. I agree about the unreliability. At the same time, I own two of these x88 pro20 boxes (8/128 and 4/32) and looking at the chips and the markings on the board, I have certain confidence that it would be an 8/64 indeed.

And, I own a total of 4 tv boxes, and a total of 4 sbcs (2 raspberry pis, one orange pi 5 plus, 1 starfive vision V 2), so I know what to expect and how wild things are out in the tv box world.

I am sure you also know better than to claim to be the final authority on declaring all tv boxes as "unreliable"

Therefore, if you do not need GPIOs, it is better to buy a mini PC than an SBC. People buy TV boxes for Linux precisely because of the cheapness. Few people need SBCs. Most people need a small device in a box for a minimal price. Why buy a banana pi M5 pro for $ 195, which will stop support in a few years, when you can buy x86 mini PC with this money and not know the problems with support?

Can you name the reasons why it is worth buying an SBC instead of a mini PC?

@Energokom Totally agreed. I came from raspberrypi and orangepi world, i have severals arduinos, esp32 etc. but now i only need a cheap tvbox with beautifull box and little display who tells me whats happening without ask.
And some people says there is no support? what a better support than a comunity who helps eachother.
Thanks @mmie4jbcu for your help.

Yes, that added cost goes to paying people to provide the software support that users want and need.  Instead people demand software support from other people for free and get upset with Armbian and others when things don't work the way they want them too.  Nothing comes for free.

My verdict is, learn embedded systems and support this board.

everyone here was once outraged by an unsupported sign board my example
It will take you some time to learn and support the board, so we will see you around here a lot.
