nikesaw Posted August 28, 2018 Posted August 28, 2018 Hello! There is a common issue with my Orange Pi PC +. I didn't find any solution for it. When I "shutdown -t 0" my device, it continues to consume power and the chipset is warm. Is it possible to turn the power off completely through the command line? Thanks in advance!

Tido Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 I found a new site over at sunxi, a good introduction to the topic... which might help or motivate others to test https://linux-sunxi.org/AR100/HardwareSharing and support development ?
Tido Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Who wouldn't love to have a 'proper shutdown/power management' ? Samuel Holland has enriched this page with more information https://linux-sunxi.org/AR100 . A few projects have begun to write free firmware for the AR100, using it for power management or as an independent microcontroller. Maybe you can help as well https://github.com/crust-firmware/crust/
Benedito Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 Armbian does not shut down the computer, it gets stuck on the screen with the message: Reboot: system halted ???
Werner Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 Depends on your board. Asuming you have an Allwinner H2/H3 based one it is not possible (yet). 2 hours ago, Benedito said: Armbian does not shut down the computer, it gets stuck on the screen with the message: Reboot: system halted ???
