GB_linux Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 1) If a debugging cable(USB to TTL converter for serial communication in gtkterminal) is already connected in nano-pi neo board..If we power up the nano-pi it is not booting 2) If a debugging cable(USB to TTL converter for serial communication in gtkterminal) and power cable is connected simultaneously.. It is not booting... Why in this two condition the nano-pi is not booting?
guidol Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 sounds like a misconnected TTL-cable (GND?) or maybe a too high voltage level 5V <==> 3.3V
Tido Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Do not connect the RED WIRE unless you want to power the device via UART. and more detailed information you find here, this helped me a lot: http://linux-sunxi.org/UART

YES... 1) If a debugging cable(USB to TTL converter for serial communication in gtkterminal) is already connected in nano-pi neo board..If we power up the nano-pi it is not booting. THIS PROBLEM IS STILL PERSISTING FOR H3 BASED NANOPI

guidol Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 @GB_linux are you sure the Neo is booting without the TTL cable?
