Armbian_Debian_buster_desktop.7z does not work with etcher

Armbian has nothing to do with Etcher -> https://github.com/balena-io/etcher/issues

You have to extract files from .7z, and then use etcher with the .img file.

Where did you get it from? The filename should not be: Debian_buster_desktop.7z but its translated to something like this: Armbian_5.98.191020_Bananapipro_Debian_buster_dev_5.3.7_minimal.7z

apt install p7zip-full

I did not know that all I had to do "7z x filename.7z"
I have never used a 7z file before

And I did not know that the image was 4 files.

 

apt install p7zip-fullt That just installs the program that is already installed therefore unfortunately for me it was not what I was looking for
I was trying to uncompress the download
