TRS-80 Posted January 23, 2020 Posted January 23, 2020 Werner deserves a lot of the credit for this, and setting up the commit bot, etc. Good job man! lanefu gave what I thought was a nice tip (for those of us who aren't bothered by it and like all the info in one place): Quote i used /buffer merge in weechat so i can see the #armbian and #armbian-commits in the same window We are also logging! Logs can be found at https://irc.armbian.com (which currently redirects to https://freenode.irclog.whitequark.org/armbian) as that was easiest to set up initially. 0 Quote

Werner Posted June 16, 2020 Author Posted June 16, 2020 We now do have a documentation about all the IRC related stuff and its features. Check it out: https://docs.armbian.com/Community_IRC/ 1 Quote
Werner Posted February 1, 2022 Author Posted February 1, 2022 Due to issues with spam bots we unfortunately had no choice but to enforce Nickserv registration in order to enter main #armbian channel. Check our documentation mentioned above and Libera docs for further information: https://libera.chat/guides/registration 0 Quote
Werner Posted December 8, 2023 Author Posted December 8, 2023 We registered the #armbian channel on the OFTC IRC network. It has been added to the bridge so message will be relayed to Libera and Discord. Depending on how frequently it will be used other channels like those for SoC or off-topic will be added later. Thanks @yang for the suggestion 2 Quote
