This is the screenshot of my Armbian-config, and there is no option of "hardware" in it. I use the latest version of the system, which can be seen in another screenshot for details.
Werner Posted August 7, 2022 Posted August 7, 2022 Hm I though there should be a menu entry called "hardware" to enable various overlays... Since it is media kernel @balbes150d Got an idea if overlays are missing or something? Thanks
QAZZ Posted August 8, 2022 Author Posted August 8, 2022 With the help of my friend, the "hardware" option is now displayed.I haven't checked whether it works correctly.

The kernel already has everything, you only need to add the necessary overlay immediately in a working system. No complicated steps with old u-boot scripts are needed. You can change everything on the fly in a running system. https://www.96boards.org/documentation/consumer/dragonboard/dragonboard410c/guides/dt-overlays.md.html#32-loading-overlays-via-configfs
QAZZ Posted August 13, 2022 Author Posted August 13, 2022 Quote Can we go back to my question? How to enable UART4, And get ZigBee2MQtt to use it?
Werner Posted August 13, 2022 Posted August 13, 2022 This is related to your question since hw functions are toggled via DTB overlays.
