Bullseye is not even released and also unsupported by Armbian. If you want one, you have to build it yourself. The tools are there https://github.com/armbian/build

I have already enable few test builds - if you want to test, send a PR to this build matrix file:

https://github.com/armbian/build/blob/master/config/targets.conf

and it will be done automatically in the next update. It will ofc remain unsupported - bugs are your problem.

I did use the armbian-build-system and my Neo2 is working fine as NAS (with the silver FriendlyARM-NAS-case) using bullseye:
