  1. Images are tested. Did you check standard problems? https://docs.armbian.com/User-Guide_Getting-Started/
  2. Yes, it's over, Congratilation to winner @1430 - please provide your address on PM. Big cheer to all participants. We got so much nice work which is still sorting out. We can't have them all due to size limitations.
  3. Some boards have troubles with early uboot init but this I can only guess since for that I would need to see u-boot console log. There are two things what you can do from here: attach a serial console and see what's going on - where it stops and second: try image from "Night release", which has many imprevements -> https://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-pc-plus
  4. Just a hint. This module needs to be loaded twice to work properly on legacy kernel ...
  5. They are working with this LCD: http://wiki.lemaker.org/BananaPro/Pi:LCD_Module connected to Banana M1 or PRO.
  6. He only have few demo units of this NAS. Nothing regarding price and availability yet.
  7. Docker 101 with Armbian on Odroid C2 (or any other board with docker support) http://magazine.odroid.com/wp-content/uploads/ODROID-Magazine-201611.pdf#page=26 http://magazine.odroid.com/wp-content/uploads/ODROID-Magazine-201612.pdf#page=29
  8. This driver needs some fixing ... there is one general work around IIRC - you need to load the driver ... twice And than it works.
  9. Perhaps this way? http://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/34965/how-to-change-firefox-language
  10. Is the same video working with preinstalled mpv?
  11. Which OS are you using? I can find any without a problem.
  12. If you want to attach I2S sound card on this particular board (Opi Zero) you will need to solder stuff. Get rather an Orange Pi PC+ board. It's few more extra bucks but you have analogue audio connector, I2S on header and more. On board wireless is also little better. For hifi sound you need an extra board / external DAC, something like this ...
  13. Yes, that's enough. We can accept / add it to the script while I am skeptic for adding to download section since it's an older device. There is a dedicated device tree within mainline kernel, so it would be good to create new u-boot config for this board: Mele_a1000_defconfig CONFIG_ARM=y CONFIG_ARCH_SUNXI=y CONFIG_SPL_I2C_SUPPORT=y CONFIG_MACH_SUN4I=y CONFIG_DRAM_CLK=480 CONFIG_MMC0_CD_PIN="PH1" CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE="sun4i-a10-a1000" # CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_CLEAR_ON_INIT is not set CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS="SUNXI_EMAC,AHCI,SATAPWR=SUNXI_GPB(8)" CONFIG_SPL=y # CONFIG_CMD_IMLS is not set # CONFIG_CMD_FLASH is not set # CONFIG_CMD_FPGA is not set CONFIG_CMD_GPIO=y CONFIG_AXP_ALDO3_VOLT=2800 CONFIG_AXP_ALDO4_VOLT=2800 CONFIG_USB_EHCI_HCD=y This is copy past from Cubieboard1 with changed DT path. Need to be tested and checked. After you are satisfied make a pull request.
  14. I am aware of proper identity absence, but we are struggling to catch expansion of the project. There was no plan for anything like this in first place In any case we made a progress with this challenge - we have new, more minimalist / safe identity and a selection of identity variations. Associations to Armbian are reliability, stability, level of support. In this case minimalist approach make sense - all this stuff is abstract, hard to visualize. For me ... Identity problem at least hasn't got worsen and if someone takes lead on developing true identity, I am more than happy to give the burden / sub project away. Seriously. We are running the project still on hobby level, so awards for the job are in this scope. For leading and design. Two person already expressed willingness to help around design in general so we might get a graphics design section within Armbian. This should become one of their core long term tasks.
  15. Our documentation does not follow the speed of our development Use userpatches/lib.config override as following example: BOOTBRANCH="branch:2015.10.fslc-qdl" BOOTSOURCE="https://github.com/UDOOboard/uboot-imx" BOOTDIR="xxdir" KERNELSOURCE="https://github.com/UDOOboard/linux_kernel" KERNELBRANCH="branch:3.14-1.0.x-udoo-ov772x" KERNELDIR="yydir" This will be forced for all boards ...
  16. Yeah, it's crazy. Another one, just brought up on IRC http://climbers.net/sbc/orange-pi-plus-2e-cluster/
  17. IIRC something was wrong or broken on arm by default. Don't recall. We are too busy elsewhere and not planning to deal with this soon. Help would be nice!
  18. There are lots of them - mostly in native languages under pingback and they would need to be sorted out: http://samopal.pro/orangepi-1/ http://www.piprojects.xyz/install-armbian-orange-pi-plus-2e/ http://www.elektromaker.com/?p=412 http://www.suke-blog.com/3d_printer_server_with_orangepi/ http://www.dimdim.gr/2016/11/orange-pi-one-lite-as-music-streamers-part-1/ http://www.dobitaobyte.com.br/o-minimalistico-nanopi-neo/ https://theblackcat102.wordpress.com/2016/10/10/orange-pi-review/ https://lynx2015.wordpress.com/2016/09/20/install-opencv-and-python-on-orange-pi-pc-plus-sbc/ http://www.siine.eu/decouverte-de-lorange-pi-pc/ https://www.borkowski.nl/add-extra-security-to-your-home-network-just-10-euros-cost-plus-donation/ https://vaipui.wordpress.com/2016/09/10/orange-pi-one-torrentbox-with-wdmycloud-headless-configuration/ There are more, but since this is manual copy / paste I'll stop here.
  19. This is usually an indication that power supply (for USB drive) is not sufficient. You have extra power supply or you power via USB? In this case, try connecting via powered USB hub.
  20. We have open vote (because of that) and we will remove those who could be fake after voting is done. Creating new users and vote is pointless. Edit: now new users also can't vote anymore. Only users with at least one manually approved post and well ... there are some spam ghosts still in the databases
  21. https://www.armbian.com/orange-pi-plus-2e Check night builds. Explanation: stock images use different u-boot, we use mainline.
  22. We made several fixes - try if daily build is working fine now: http://image.armbian.com/betaimages/ (Image is only for Opi PC, PC+ will be added in few days, maybe today) My OpiPC+ works normally.
