  1. Sid is the codename for Debian Unstable Lunar is codename for the upcoming Ubuntu non-LTS release. Both userspaces are just for testing and playing. No support.
  2. No clue No clue either You can check all kernel configs on Github. No ETA. Seems like nobody is actively working on it atm. Maybe @rpardini can shed some light here?
  3. Funny. Reading the datasheet of the S905L2 SoC it seem it supports only 4GB of memory. So once again a scam box.
  4. Providing logs with armbianmonitor -u helps with troubleshooting and significantly raises chances that issue gets addressed.
  5. Can you show us the output of fdisk -l of the nvme you are trying to use?
  6. Even though it is 64 bit you still cannot install packages for Intel architecture on ARM architecture. Check if there are arm64 binaries available.
  7. You cannot install amd64 binaries on arm hardware.
  8. Tried using ppa version instead of snap?
  9. Providing logs with armbianmonitor -u helps with troubleshooting and significantly raises chances that issue gets addressed.
  10. squashfs module is present in kernel config for rockchip. Make sure it is loaded (lsmod)
  11. The ppa is there so user can decide on their own if they want to use these packages or not. In shipped images however it will not be included by default.
  12. Cannot reproduce. Just built with your parameters successfully. BOARD=nanopct4 BRANCH=edge RELEASE=jammy BUILD_MINIMAL=no BUILD_DESKTOP=yes KERNEL_ONLY=no KERNEL_CONFIGURE=yes DESKTOP_ENVIRONMENT=xfce DESKTOP_ENVIRONMENT_CONFIG_NAME=config_base DESKTOP_APPGROUPS_SELECTED="3dsupport browsers desktop_tools editors internet programming remote_desktop" COMPRESS_OUTPUTIMAGE=sha,img
  13. There are no plans from Armbians' side to ship panfork or provide it in some way. Check you the reason for that here: https://github.com/armbian/build/pull/4476
  14. Moved to off-topic due to 3rd party repository. Maybe @krachlatte can help
  15. I think the Intel architecture build is 64bit only. So the answer is no. Would not work. So minimal requirement would be a 64bit CPU.
  16. moved to unsupported
  17. Not an Armbian-kernel. I suggest asking where you get this Linux image.
  18. Works nicely for me. No need to adjust any parameter besides baud rate to 1.5Mbaud as it is default to all Rockchip SoCs. Make sure your adapter can handle this rather high speed. Also make sure to cross-connect RX/TX.
  19. That is UEFI generic image which will not work on OPi5 due to lack of UEFI presence. As you can see above I use the same vendor bsp kernel 5.10.110. Userspace (Bullseye or Jammy to say) make usually no difference since both flavours are always shipped with the very same kernel package. The only difference for me is that I disabled debugfs in kernel config to get rid of some dmesg annoyance but thats it. Again, read and check here: https://forum.armbian.com/forum/31-sd-card-and-psu-issues/
  20. That is odd. Is console set to "both" on armbianEnv?
