  1. Check (boot) logs why rootfs is mounted read-only.
  2. Interesting. While investigating feel free to build your own image using the build framework (https://github.com/armbian/build) or check these community bleeding edge builds: https://github.com/armbian/community
  3. Sounds like random tvbox
  4. There is no GRUB in Armbian. Plugin your sdcard into any Linux computer, mount fs and either chroot into the system or adjust shadows file manually.
  5. Providing logs with armbianmonitor -u helps with troubleshooting and significantly raises chances that issue gets addressed.
  6. Exactly. Once the user "exits" this chroot shell building continues.
  7. Standard comes with all standard tool to be ready to do most common tasks oob. Minimal comes, as the name implies, with a bare minimum of packages to get a somehow running system. You can check the build repository on github for package lists.
  8. If somebody funds R&D on it...
  9. moved to tvboxes
  10. This limit will lift automatically once you got approved posts. This measure is unfortunately required to fight spam in forums. Take a look here:https://github.com/armbian/build/tree/master/.github/workflows
  11. sounds like a random tvbox. moved.
  12. Jammy is a userspace. XFCE? Gnome? KDE?
  13. Retried with a clean build environment and build framework?
  14. I guess not. Maybe related:
  15. If somebody is willing to a) test this scenario and b) then provide a PR that enables the requested module across all configs, then yes, we could ship it by default.
  16. Nanopi R4S freezes at random point after boot and gets really hot. 17. For multi-player gaming two things are important: latency and port forwarding. Check for a vendor that claims to have both.
  18. Most likely userspace issue. Is avahi daemon running?
  19. I strongly suggest to not open any further topics for more or less the same reason since this is considered abusive behaviour. Regarding the building: There is no simply switch for build that turns off such messages. You have to dig into the code and adjust it. However I guess the easy route is to dig deeper into boot parameters to disable boot console output which then can be discussed in the other topic you created:
